The Council for the Homeless aims to improve the quality of life of homeless people throughout Northern Ireland by:

• Providing information, training, support, technical support, and networking opportunities to homelessness and related organisations
• Representing our membership to decision makers
• Researching aspects of homelessness
• Lobbying for positive legislative change on homelessness issues
